Kohl's

It's ok. But they keep it pretty warm in there. Can't stay long, can't shop long when my soul feels like it has entered the flaming depths of heļļ.

The store was nice, but their shoe offerings are deceptive in my opinion. This is apparently standard practice in this type of store, so maybe it's well-known and I'm just a late learner. But their name-brand athletic shoes, which are about half the expected price, are not the same shoes inside. When I started looking at them, I couldn't figure out why they felt so stiff, and lacking in cushion and support. I finally checked the internet and found out those major brands offer cheaply-made facsimiles of their quality shoes for discount chains like Kohl's. No thanks. I want to know what I'm buying.

Awesome customer service tonight! Salesfloor Associate Heaven and cashier Rylee did really well tonight! Heaven was really friendly and helpful with me tonight, she helped me find a Nebraska t shirt quickly! Rylee was really friendly when I came up to the registers to buy my new T Shirt! Excellent staff and service!
